                     We do charge for call outs when the problem is the water users and we have to dispatch an operator. This helps keep the costs of operation down and puts the extra cost onto the persons benefitting.

The shut down dates will be set later in the year. Please watch your water use as this year is likely to be a low runoff year for snow pack. This effects the District in costs of power and our use of water. All water used in our District is pumped and thus consumes power. In a year with low snow pack the dams generate less power and charge us more for our power. Water conservation is key to keeping costs down.

     Please close your water valves, it takes us longer to get water to all the people when we have to shut your valves.

Easement information:
At the District office we have maps showing our pipelines, powerlines, easements, pump stations and more valuable information. We are currently working with the USBR to help protect their easements and help to educate the local public of easements and their locations as well as the allowed uses of properties with easements. Assessment payments are made in Waterville

Excess water payments or other individual charges are paid in the District office in East Wenatchee on the corner of SE 8th St and South Union St. These charges need to be paid prior to start of the water delivery each year and may keep you from receiving water until paid in full.
